As I mentioned before on the list, my local powder coater has developed a 
system for powder coating tanks inside and out!  He has been doing Harley and 
motorcycle tanks for some time without fail.  I had my series 3 tanks done 
and they are sweet.  
Of course, you must have tanks that are not rotted or too rusted.
