Not likely, this would require a major internal modification to permanently
lock the cone clutch onto the brake plate.

Easy test though, just lift a wheel off the ground.
Put the trans in 4th.
Mark the drive shaft in its 6:00 o-clock position.
Manually turn the engine exactly 1 turn.

Look at the drive shafts position.

Still 6:00 o-clock?  No OD.
