Doug,
I had exactly the same symptoms with my 1974 TR6. It turned out that my spark
plug gap was set wide, when I regapped to .025" she ran like a champ.

Just developed a stumble after 30 minutes of a run.
Car skips at 2500 to 3000 rpm
Zenith carbs Dash pots holding oil
plugs not fouled
let the car sit and it runs fine for a period of time
Running 87 octane 10% ethanol and added can of dry gas no help
thinking fuel pump or tank issues
Within 500 miles new plugs,rotor,wires,cap, fuel filter, air filters
