I admit to using the hillbilly fix here in Missouri. I put a glob black
weather strip adhesive on the back of the badge and pushed in in place. I had
to remove it a year later and it came off without too much resistance, so it
seems to be a good way to go in case you have to take it off later.

Hey guys....
Anyone ever mounted /re-mounted the TRIUMPH badge to the rear valance?
The badge has two pins/posts on the back, meant for mounting with a push
stop
or some sort of clip. But how in the world can one gain access to the
pin closest to
the driver's side of the car? Its position, once the badge is pushed
into place, is
behind two layers of sheet metal inside and above the right rear tail
light! Beats me!
I can gain access to the pin on the passenger side of the car but not
the other side.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
Thanks,
Dave
