[6pack] Toyota Brakes

I installed Toyota brake calipers on 74 TR6.
I can not get enough fluid to front calipers with one pump of the brake pedal
it takes 2 to stop the car.
Using stock master cylinder. Expected some extra travel, not 2 pumps.
