I've never torn down a TR TS switch. However, some years ago I tore apart
some Signal-Stat (heavy truck-very high usage) switches and I believe they all
work on the same principle. There's a lead fulcrum that is moved against the
end of the handle as the wheel returns to center. This is what cancels the
signal. The lead fulcrum eventually wears down leaving insufficient contact.
Replace that piece and you're golden.
