Greetings:
Hope springs eternal when embarking on a body-off. I hope all of your loose
parts are bagged and labelled!
Regarding your question about suspension bits, I've been very happy with the
springs and bushings from Goodparts (wwww.goodparts.com). There are springs in
a variety of sizes and rates, as well as nylatron bushings and alloy steering
rack mounts. All of these will profoundly improve the way your car handles. I
speak from experience here as I have all of these on my car. Owner Richard Good
is a true TR6 disciple. So far as I know, no one has expressed anything buy
satisfaction with his products.
May your toils be fruitful and your frustrations few.

The car sat for 10 years in Texas, so I'm replacing all of the rubber. The
rear springs were shot when the car last ran so they need to be replaced
too.
I was thinking of using urethane bushings to improve handling of the car.
In addition to the rear springs, I thought I'd swap out the front ones too.
The front end is a bit banged up from a collision, and I'm having that
repaired and squared before I start with the suspension.
