Just my .02, but:
Have your work legally copyrighted, and have the CD produced with
professional labels that make big mention of that fact and that duplication
without permission is not allowed, maybe even giving the address for copy
requests. Shouldn't that be enough? It seems a shame to protect the content
to the point of preventing it's use at all. You'll never 100% prevent
illegal coping, but have you never used a XEROX machine for something you
probably shouldn't have?
