From what I can remember from a long time ago when I had one:
Oil flller is to the rear of the engine as a TR4
Transmission has low gear syncro.
TR3B's were sort of a conglomeration of parts and left overs. Some were
1991 vs 2138 cc's and some didn't have the syncro low gear. Sort of
stuck in them what they had left over from 3A's in some cases.
