Oh - and you re-torqued the manifold after your heat cycled it, right? If
not, try that.

The manifold gasket setup on TR6 is a PITA and they loosen up a couple of
times when you first install them. If yo're lucky, you haven't burned a
hole between an intake and exhaust port. If not - you get to do the whole
thing again.
