Regarding the visors, IIRC there are constructed with a metal tube into
which the mounting bar/hinge is inserted. I found that I had to gently
pinch the tube which runs along the top edge of the visor to make it
grip the bar more tightly and keep it erect. I used some big pliers and
protected the vinyl with several layers of towel and just gently
squeezed for the length of the tube until I could feel resistance as the
mounting bar was inserted.

Several comments were offered in praise of the Moss re-upholstery set.
Having recently re-upholstered my own seats, let me add a good word for
the Roadster Factory version which INCLUDES the headrest foam. As a
'weekend' project it's a bit tricky and time-consuming but the effort is
well worth it.
Now on to the mystery of the droopy sun visors. My wife bought me new
ones as a gift awhile back. They look great but how in the world does
one make them stay 'erect'? Nothing I have tried to date has worked
(wiseguys might suggest Viagra but this car is too old for that!). As it
is, they are useless and confined to storage. Any advice?
