James:
If you haven't checked already, make sure the caliper bolts and bracket bolts
are tight and the correct size (don't ask how I know this....especially the
part about the caliper bracket bolts being the right diameter!) My situation
was more of a clunk as the caliper shifted when going from forward to reverse
and vice versa. I think its pretty normal to have the pads move as they grab
hold and shift position in the caliper, especially if the pins and pads wear.
As an aside, I wanted to thank eveybody who's contributions made the latest
issue of the 6-PACK mag a great one: Gary, Kent, Len, Todd, Michael F., Kai,
Jeff R., Mike B., Dick T. and Greg D. Great job guys...let's keep those
photos and articles coming!
Matt Mullin, 6-PACK Chairman
