Jim,

Don't be surprised if the rims have excessive run
out...that is if they're stock.  I sold a guy a set of
4 rims with the promise to get him 4 good ones.  We
ended up going through about 8 before we came up with
4....according to the Tire shop.  

Also, check for broken belts in the tires.  That can
cause all sorts of weird vibrations.

Lot's of other things to consider ie: u-joints, bad
rear hubs(wiped out bearings) and or bent flanges(part
that the wheels bolt to).  Usually you'll notice that
type of things at all speeds though.  

An out of balance tire will definitely cause
vibrations at certain speeds...that is it will be
noticeable at certain speeds.  

Heck, make sure the nuts that secure the differential
are tight too.
