I had one of these on my TR6 for about 10 years. The mufflers looked stock
except to two features: 1. the ends of tail pipe were cut square, not at
an angle lke stock pipes and 2. the gauge of the metal was THICK. The
muffler had to weigh-in at well more than 5 pounds than the stock piece.
But I think that Midas made these "on the fly" because the body of the
thing looked like a "normal" muffer.
I think I still have on in the attick somewhere... with steel at record
high prices, I should be able to make some money with that puppy!
