You need to go through the whole clutch system. Worn cleavis
pins, low clutch fluid, oversize holes in your pushrods, making sure the
pushrod is connected to the clutch shaft using the correct hole, etc.
also, make sure your slave cylinder is mounted on the correct side of
the slave cylinder bracket. If the pedal seems loose then replace the
pedal bushings and/or the shaft that the pedals mount on.
The TR6 clutch system is notoriously fussy, and worn bits just
don't cut it. It must be in "as new" condition or you will have issues.

Clutch release comes off the floor. I've spring pinned the shaft in the
bell housing in two locations along with the regular pin.
It appears the peddle has some slop before in grabs. Do these tent to
have weak springs?
