Regarding headers:
You get what you pay for. If you buy a cheap header, you will get little
or no benefit. If you buy the right header, you could see 5 or 6 HP if
coupled to a good exhaust system on a stock TR6 motor.
The falcon is a nice piece and can be bolted in with a minimum of fuss.
IMHO, the Falcon unit is worth the money.
Buy the header and the twin-pipe sports exhaust system, and you should be
in good shape. Yes it's pricey, but you won't need to replace it anytime
soon because it's stainless. To put the cost in perspective, look at what
cat-back systems cost for the import/tuner folks.
