Mike, Out of curiosity, what idle speed are you trying to run at? If you have got a lot of "lope" going on you probably need to adjust your idle speed. My GP3 cam won't idle smoothly below 1000 rpm and idle's fairly nice for a big lift cam at about 1100rpm (RG even warned me of that). Just a thought, but you might try upping your idle speed.
