Ashford and Todd,
Does the J type suffer from high amperage when the solenoid is not adjusted?
I thought the A type was the only o/d that required adjustment of the
solenoid. The J type is non-adjustable, right? The A type overdrives also
use a relay to engage the overdrive whereas the J type is wired straight
through the switch, no relay needed because of the low amperage required to
engage the J type solenoid.
If I'm wrong please correct me :^)
