diagnosing electrical problem

Hi, 
I ordered that yellow electrical book that everyone
has been talking about  so hopefully after i read that
it will help me. The car keeps blowing the ignition
fuse every few days (temp, fuel gauge, turn signals,
stop lights, overdrive, heater. ) what would cause the
fuse to blow just every once in awhile? I can see if
it blew every time i turn the ignition on, but it
doesn't do that.
