Mitch,
You can drill out the broken studs with the appropriate drill bit to tap the
hole for replacement stud. Thread in the new stud a little past flush then mig
weld the front side filling up the indention then grind the weld flush and
paint the grille. It works great. Cost less than a new grille. When putting
the grille back on put some anti seize on the threads w/ stainless nuts to
keep it from happening again.
PS- You won't be able to find studs the right size, but find some long
threaded bolts and cut to size.
