        Hmm.

        I wouldn't go near it. It has a 289 Ford and an automatic
transmission in it, 
and the fact that the current owner can't tell a TR6 from a TR4 would
worry me. 
That, and comments like "Needs brakes, in excellent condition" make me
wonder 
what this person is up to. Which is it? Needs brakes, or is in excellent
condition?
        Many of these V8 conversions are real hack jobs, and no
documentation or
quality control in the conversion means problems, IMHO.

        Sigh. Caveat Emptor.

I'm guessing it's either a TR4A or 250.  If that
"custom" top comes off easily & it's a rust free
California car AND you can get it for around 5K...not
such a bad starter car.  It's been on there a few
months...I've been keeping track.
