Folks --
Does anyone know of a source for filter housings for
K&N pancake filters that aren't the standard cheap
pieces of chromed sheet metal with K&N stamped on
them? (IMHO, those chrome housings look more at home
on an 82' Firebird T-top, not my precious and proper
TR6!)
I've seen these billet aluminum ones for Series 1
E-types:

...but can't find any to fit my SU HS6's. I did check
with the owner of the Jag place, and he can't source
ones for 1 3/4" carbs. (Plus they are a bit on the
high $$ side!)
