Ashford---It would be more convenient to pull out the inner cable from
the distributor side, but....The owner of an instrument repair shop here
in So. Cal. said that the cable should not intrude into either the tach
OR the speedo by more than 5/16". (Something to do with the magnetic
interference that a longer cable could cause) So this means that the
cable end with a 'stop' on it should be at the tach end.
