Hi Adam:
I have mine with the gold control box installed on the left wheel arch on
the flat spot down opposite the distributor. It looks like panel was
designed to accept it there. I slipped all the cabling into the cable snake
from the engine and ended up with quite a clean install.

I'm considering the Crane Electronic Ignition and was wondering where people
mounted the control box. I've looked around under the hood and the only
place I can see to mount it would be on the flat shelf by the steering shaft
(above the pedals).
Any Ideas? How about drilling holes in the sheet metal? Any issues with
that?
