Goodparts Aluminum Intakes

I just took delivery of Richard Goods aluminum intakes that I'm going to
install sometime this coming week.  I must say that they are well crafted and
look great too.  I'm not sure if I should coat them with some clear coat or
maybe just leave them be.  Another thought would be to have them powder
coated.  Has anyone crossed this bridge?
