I plan to repaint my cylinder head and timing cover. I
understand to need to get both totally degreased and
perhaps bead blasted. Once I have prepared them for
painting I have to admit I am uncertain about what
primer to use, or if I should use any primer.
I really haven't researched this too much beyond
poking around Eastwood's website. Found no engine
primer products there.
Is there an engine primer product, or is engine paint
applied directly to the bare metal?
