I have just gone through the same experience, but with a one year old MC. I did a thorough bleeding of all the lines and used and wasted the best part of a quart of liquid, I am back on the road with full brakes. The excessive waste was to ensure only fresh liquid was in the lines. Three days hence and I have no recurring problems. It was suggested that should it happen again to check the tipping valve. A M/C rebuild kit will fix that. Robert not "Bob" Gannon http://home.comcast.net/~trsix74/wsb/index.html |
