Andy,
Check out www.buckeyetriumphs.org. They have an excellent series of articles
on the TR6 braking system.
Your issue is likely in the master cylinder. It sounds as though there might
be pitting in the bore, causing the MC plunger to hang up. It is possible to
remove the MC from the servo without disconnecting the brake lines to see if
the plunger has released all the way back.
If this isnt your problem it is possible that one of the front calipers are
sticking. In which case the wheel should be abnormally hot without excessive
braking or if you jack the front end up and spin the wheels one or the other
would be difficult to spin.
Just a couple places to start. The system isnt terribly complicated so your
problem can only be in a limited number of places. But check out the website,
there is a tremendous amount of useful information there.
