Todd:
I recently reworked the door panels on my 6, hence my question:
On my original panels, the front edge of the pocket feeds through a
slot in the hardboard backing, and then is folded over and stapled to the
back of the hardboard. This in effect seals the front edge of the pocket.
Question: Did you have a slot to feed the front edge of the pocket
through? Did you staple it?
For $10, I would buy another pass, but that's me.
Cheers,
Vance

Subject: TR6 Door Panel Removal
Get a load of this.
I just got done installing the new Door Panels that I purchased from BPNW.
They look great! Go to the TRials & now back to work on a rainy morning in
Cincinnati. I drive the TR6 to work as it's way cheaper to drive it than
the gas guzzling truck.
I reach into my door pocket to get my parking pass out & it keeps scooting
forward & finally I can't feel it any longer. I didn't realize it, but the
front of the pocket isn't sealed. My parking pass is lost in the door.
What a way to start your day!
My question is: Do I try to remove the panel & what's the best way? Or do
I suck it up & buy a new pass? I think a new pass is $10.00. Panels are a
bit more, & I had a heck of a time putting them on as well as getting the
old hooks out.
Thanks,
Todd Bermudez
