TR260 TR6 Front wheel bearing brand

I have a new set of front wheel bearings for my TR250. They are marked 
PEL K03062 and COUNTY 072

Can anyone tell me what brand these are? If the brand is PEL and COUNTY 
that will tell you how much I know about wheel bearings :-)

I got no hits for PEL or COUNTY wheel bearings on the web.
