The vintage Triumph Register site has a page regarding this topic,
www.vtr.org/maintain/tr6-spinon.html. I don't know for sure that the BPNW
adapter is compatible with the same size cartridges as the rest of the
adapters, but as far as I can tell they all the use the same size
cartridge.
