Following the suggestions in regards to my starting problems, I was able to
clear out the stuck needle valve by blowing air on a clean fuel line into
the fuel inlet of the carb. It was definitely stuck. Hopefully adding carb
cleaner will clean the valve and seat. I am truly grateful as this is the
first time I've ever opened it up on the road (more than 10MPH). I had to
be careful as I just rebuilt the brake mc and I had to really bear down
just to stop. That will be addressed this weekend.
