tail lamp trivia

While we're talking TR6 tail lamps, are you aware that there are two
styles? The clear lens for the reverse lights had two different flute
patterns. My car has one of each. Beyond that, I know nothing about which
is early/late. Could have been running concurrently from two different
suppliers, for all I know.
