Andy---If you're fairly certain it's coming from the RF area, it's easy
enough to pull the wheel off and check the outer wheel bearing and race.
Look for any signs of scoring or roller pitting. You might even feel
this when making left turns, as this bearing loads up.
The vibration part that you feel down in the foot well is more an
indication of a bad U-joint.
Another possibility could be a bearing not spinning, but rather its race
(trying to) spin on the differential carrier stub shaft. I found this on
two, high mileage units. It can show up under high speed conditions
where the rear wheels drive the engine, during decelleration.
