Hi John,
A couple thoughts come to mind.  Maybe hydraulics,
maybe clutch fork pin.  You can check your fluid levels
in your reservoir.  If they're fine slide under the car
and have someone depress the clutch pedal and look to
see that the slave is moving the clutch shaft.  If it
is moving your problem may be a broken clutch fork pin.
 This is a chronic problem that plagues our British
beasts.  There is some great info available on the
buckeye triumphs web site which can explain the problem
much better than I can with some detail on how to
minimize or eliminate the problem when you go in there
to repair it.
