 This doesn't pertain to you since you've got a new grille, but if you have an
old one and break one or more studs. He is what I did, drill out the old stud
with the appropriate size bit, then use a 10-32 tap, insert the new stud and
mig weld the hole which is at the front, grind and sand it down. Paint the
grille... Walla, good as new.

According to the very excellent spreadsheet available for download on the
Buckeye Triumphs site and put together by Nelson Riedel, the grill uses (8)
10-32 machine screws, hex nuts, and lock washers..

Since I'm repacing all my underhood hardware with stainless steel, this
resource has been indespensible.  My hat's off to Nelson.  Thank you very
