carb rebuild - redux

I believe it's time to have my carbs redone professionally.  I remember
reading some recommendations in the past, but can't find those emails.
BTW, my car is a '70 TR6 with ZS's.  There is a guy named Gary Martin
who advertises in the 6-pack newsletter, anybody used him?  Others, good
or bad?
