Todd---One can usually get both pistons out of the calipers with a blast
of compressed air into the fluid line. To keep the easier of the two
from popping out all the way, put a block of wood (one inch thick?)
between the two pistons. Both should then come out far enough to grip
them with one of those rubber "jar openers" or something similar.
