I re-bushed my suspension, front and rear last year. I have put probably
2000 miles since. I used no lubricant/grease on poly the bushings. Much to
my regret the bushings are making a nice squeak when crossing a driveway
curb.
On a side bar:
To redo it this time, I will not remove the trailing arm from the car.
With the car off the ground I will use two jacks (one under the spring and
one near the front of the trailing arm. With the spring loose and the arm
hanging down I remove the bolts. Then I slowly raise the rear jack
compressing the spring slightly (the front jack remains) in place. I fit my
spring compressor over the spring to hold it in place for safety. Once I
have a slight amount of spring compression I lower the front jack until the
front of the trailing arm and brackets clear the frame. Once clear I
replace the bushings (this time with Teflon grease) and jack the arm back up
into position, bolt and tighten to spec. (there may be other ways, but is
sure made short work by not removing the hub and drive shaft when I needed
to change the brackets.)

At the very least, you want to use some anti-sieze compound on the pivot
bolt so it doesn't sieze into the sleeve.
Other that that, you don't really need to lubricate the bushings. I never
lubed mine when I installed them 40 miles ago, no squeaks yet!
