TR6 values

Listers:

To build upon the TR6 value thread, we have been discussing how much value 
certain options add (perhaps $500 for a hardtop and $1000 for overdrive).  
Would anyone like to venture an opinion how much value is added by a 
properly-functioning factory PI system in a LHD car?

Does anyone know how many are in the US?
