Wiring of A type O/D

On a different note about the O/D ( an A type).
I have taken the plunge to add an A type to my '72 TR6 rebuild project. I
chose the original over the 5 speed.

My question is the wiring of the OD harness, specifically the brown wire
and the white wire (not at the relay end). Where do these two wire take
power from? I know the brown is direct to the battery, but is there a
designated spot for this connection? Also the white wire is connected to
"Ignition on" 12 volts, does this go directly to the Ig. switch? Or is
there another location?
