You didn't tell us what year your car is, but assuming it's a post CF1
car, the back looks totally normal. In fact, if you have a post CF12500
car, the bottom edge of the frame _must_ clear the valence by some amount
to accomodate the rear bumper brackets.
Your frame is not hogged IMHO.
