John---If your car is completely buttoned up, I would leave it be. Run it for a while to see if there is still a leak from this area. Of course if it does leak, it wouldn't necessarily mean that the missing copper washer is the reason. Loose (rear) mains can also let oil get by this seal. Good luck! Dick |
