Steve..
I guess I would ask why you are installing original-style rubber one piece 
bushings? Urethane will give you a much much much longer lifespan, a little 
more controlled ride (not sure how to exactly put that) AND they are in two 
pieces which make them effortless to  install. Just lube them up with a good 
teflon grease (like you can buy to lube trailer hitch balls) or a good 
waterproof marine grease and presto...nice firm ride, and no squeaks. 

You can get them from several sources...I believe BPNW sells them. I know 
MOSS does (Prothane brand), I'm sure TRF does as well as Victoria British. 
Also, check out a company in the UK which sells about 4 different 
(hardness)durometer measurements. <A
