List, I've been looking at the disc brakes and the parts I've got for them, but there are two types of shims one is metal and the other is a thin stick on strip (pad). Which is the better one to use and keep those brakes from squealing. I don't think the stick on pad would last too long, but the metal shim seems like it would potentially squeal. Any ideas on this?
