Hi,

I think one contributing factor to thrust washers falling out is the
potential of _crank flex_ at  the various harmonics. Recall that Kastner
measured nearly .600  inches of flywheel deflection at 6300 RPMs on the
dyno. With that much flex measured at the flywheel, the thrust face on the
crank would surely open up some amount.

But for a non-racer, this is probably not an issue.
