Ted---I put a (Moss Motors) rack on a guy's '69 a few years back, using machine screws and nuts, and a hand full of rubber snubbers that came with their kit. Easy enough, when positioning the rack on the deck lid, and using the holes in the rack as a template. Watch that you don't pick up the side of the trunk hinge, as you locate to top holes. Looks good, and can't be 'removed' from above, as with sheet metal screws. Dick |
