This is probably a naive question, but is there a way to use machine screws and nuts, instead of sheet metal screws to hold the luggage rack on? On my '74 TR6, it looks like the holes for the machine screws are blind holes, and I don't see a way to get a nut to the other side, but I thought I'd ask.
