As Kai mentioned, Richard Good has a great reputation. He did my head
(9.5 compression, port, polish, cc, 3 angle valve job, reshape the
valves, new valve springs to accept high lift cam) and it turned out
great. I'm very happy with it. He also used to sell complete engines
to basically the specs that you outlined in your email. However, I'm
not sure if he still offers these services. His old brochures listed
prices on heads and complete engines, but his new brochure does not
include any mention of head/engine work.
