I bought the black ones from Moss. They bolt right into my '74 and they
work better than the originals did. The look of the setup is similar to
the original, the inertia reel bolts to the vertical on the rear wheel
arch, there's a swivel that bolts to the top of the wheel arch and the
bottom bolts to the bottom of the "b" post. The anchor for the "reciever"
bolts to where the stock reciever went.

The only "problems" were:

1. the reciever is not "fixed" like the stock belt, and to get the belt
tight, you need to draw the adjuster fairly low to the seat. The is
actually safer than the original, by the way, but for little guys like me,
the buckle rides down right at the seat bottom bolster.

2. the plastic covers on the swivels on the wheel wells seem to pop-off. I
probably never installed them correctly, but this is a nuisance more than
anything.

3. the one negative is that the buckle thingie is not narrow like the
original belts, so you can't "park" the belt in the plastic parker thingie
on the floor when the belt is not in use. This is also more of a nuisance
than anything, but I really got used to "parking" my original belts when
not in use... Old habits die hard, I still try to park the belt from
time-to-time when I'm not paying attention.

All things considered, I highly recommend these belts. Well worth the $200
or so.
